Do you provide the Christmas tree?+
Clients provide their own tree, which must be assembled, illuminated and ready for decorating before our arrival.
Can you decorate using our existing ornaments?+
Absolutely. We love incorporating meaningful family ornaments, cherished collections and holiday traditions.
Can you help us create an entirely new look?+
Yes. We can develop a fresh design direction and discuss sourcing new decorations to bring it to life.
Are decorations included in the styling fee?+
No. New decorations, ribbons, decorative accents and other materials are purchased separately.
What size trees do you decorate?+
Our signature styling service begins with trees 8 feet tall. Larger trees are considered by custom proposal when necessary.
How long will decorating take?+
An 8-foot tree generally takes approximately 5–6 hours, a 9-foot tree 6–7 hours and a 10-foot tree 7–8 hours. Larger or more elaborate projects require additional time.
Do you decorate all sides of the tree?+
We tailor the styling to the placement and visibility of your tree. Full 360-degree styling is available and may affect your final proposal.
Can you style our mantel, staircase or holiday table?+
Yes. These finishing touches are available as enhancements to a Signature Christmas Tree Styling reservation.
Can I book only mantel or staircase styling?+
Not at this time. Our holiday home styling enhancements are reserved for clients booking Christmas tree styling.
Do you offer gift wrapping without gift shopping?+
Yes. Our signature wrapping is available for gifts you've already purchased, at $30 per gift plus wrapping materials.
Do you offer corporate gifting?+
Yes. We create custom proposals for corporate gifting projects.
Is gift shopping included with gift wrapping?+
No. Gift research, sourcing and shopping are separate services.
Do you offer holiday takedown?+
We offer takedown coordination by special arrangement. Physical removal labor and related services are separately quoted.

How do I reserve an installation date?+
