Service Terms

Submitting an inquiry does not automatically reserve an installation date. Dates are confirmed only after a personalized proposal is approved.

Clients provide their own tree, fully assembled, securely positioned and illuminated before our arrival. Tree assembly, lighting installation and storage retrieval are not included.

Decorations, materials, sourcing, additional labor and equipment are quoted separately from styling fees. Finishing touches are available only with a Signature Christmas Tree Styling reservation.

Signature wrapping is $30 per gift; all wrapping materials are additional.

Retainer, cancellation and rescheduling terms will be shared with each proposal.
